Our large fleet of vehicles are kitted out with the latest in secure home removal fasteners and panelling meaning that your possessions are safe and secure on their journey. You can be assured that your goods will be fully protected while in our care and the cargo doors are locked at all times until they arrive at their destination. Our vehicles can hold the contents of the largest households and we will provide you with a full pre-move plan to establish your needs and we can track the progress of your move at all times.

We have two options for our UK removal services - FULL LOAD: where you have sole use of the truck and can tailor timings etc to meet your personal circumstances. Or PART LOAD: your goods go into the vehicle/s with other customers' items and will be delivered accordingly to a pre-determined depending on location. Again, you will be fully informed of the expected arrival time and will keep you fully updated on the progress of your move.   

Our UK house removal services would involve:

• Pre-move survey by fully experienced removal surveyor.
• Provision of full priced quotation (no HIDDEN extras) in accordance with Kitemark BSEN12522 - a voluntary UK removal services scheme which is a European standard of quality recognition.
• Detailed home moving plan.
• Full insurance cover for your goods while they are in our care should the unthinkable happen.
• Pre-move packing service (including supply of professional standard boxes and packing materials).
• Our removal services in the UK also includes dismantling of furniture should you require it.
• Up to date information on your move from the job foreman.
• Packing, uplifting and secure storage of your goods into our purpose built vehicles by trained and uniformed staff.
• Vehicle/s then locked until the destination of your home move is reached. The crew stay with the vehicle/s at all times.
• Unloading at your new home with the full job information sheet provided by the foreman.
• Opportunity to complete a Satisfaction Questionnaire to let us know if you were happy with home move from Dundee Removal Services.
