Your Move

To ensure you have the complete peace of mind that your move is arranged and organised properly we have detailed below how we go about providing you with a full quality service.

Your enquiry is dealt with by our experienced telephone staff getting as much information as possible from you about your move.

We then book a FREE survey appointment where an experienced surveyor will attend your home and identify what needs to be moved.

A reminder of this survey will be sent to you by e-mail or text if you provide with these details. The surveyor will then discuss various aspects of the move and gain any further information we may need to provide with a fully costed quotation with no hidden extras.

The estimator will then price the job and pass it to the office staff who will send you a fully comprehensive quotation along with details of how the job will be carried out. This will ideally be sent our via e-mail where possible and will be within 24 hours of visit for local moving and normally 48 hours for international moving.

If you wish to accept a quick call to our office or e-mail will confirm the time of your move is available and get you booked in.

Once you return your acceptance form to us we will confirm the move in writing and arrange to have any materials delivered to you in advance of the move.

If you have selected a packing service this will be organised in advance of your move. On the move day the agreed number of fully trained and uniformed staff will arrive with an appropriate vehicle (or vehicles) and will introduce themselves and outline to you how the move is to be carried out.

You will be provided with a quality questionnaire that we request you send back to us (we’ll provide the stamped addressed envelope) to allow us to monitor the quality of service. In the unlikely event that you have a complaint full details will have been provided to you on how to go about this at various stages throughout your move.
