Removal Services
Choosing from the many moving companies in Scotland can be a tricky business. How do you know which one to choose? Well one piece of advice we would give you about seeking removals in Dundee is to ensure you have an experienced company with a track record of delivering a customer-focussed, professional service. Dundee Removal Services has almost 40 years' experience getting our customers' possessions to their destination safely and securely.
We offer you complete peace of mind that your move is in safe hands and will be arranged and organised in meticulous detail. We have an expert removal services team who between them have many years of experience.
We've detailed below how we go about providing you with one of the best removal services in the UK.
- Your enquiry is dealt with by our experienced telephone staff who will get as much information from you as possible about your move.
- We then book a FREE, no obligation survey appointment where our surveyor will attend your home and identify what needs to be moved.
- A reminder of this survey will be sent to you by e-mail or text, whichever you prefer. The surveyor will then discuss all aspects of the move and obtain any further information which we may need to provide you with a fully costed quotation with no hidden extras.
- The job will then be priced and passed to our office staff who will send you a fully comprehensive quotation along with details of how the job will be carried out. This will ideally be sent via e-mail where possible, but we can text it if you prefer, and it will appear in your in-box within 24 hours of our visit for local moving, and normally 48 hours for international moving.
- If your quote is acceptable, call the office or send us an e-mail and we will confirm the time of your move is available and get you booked in.
- Once we receive your acceptance form we will confirm the move in writing and arrange to have any packing materials delivered to you in advance of the move.
- If you've selected a removals packing service this will also be organised well before your move. On moving day, the agreed number of fully trained and uniformed staff will arrive with the appropriate vehicle (or vehicles), introduce themselves and outline exactly how your move will be carried out.
- We'll also provide you with a quality questionnaire and would appreciate it if you could fill it and tell us what you thought about our service (we’ll provide you with a stamped addressed envelope). In the unlikely event that you have a complaint, we'll discuss where you thought our service was lacking and also provide you with details on where to send your complaint in writing.
