Our fleet of vehicles can hold the contents of the largest households meaning your possessions will be safe and secure during their journey. We can provide you with a full, pre-move plan so you can keep up-to-date on how your move is progressing.

There are two removal services available to you when moving to Europe, FULL LOAD: which means the vehicle/s are used exclusively for your move, or HALF LOAD: meaning the vehicle/s may have other customers' goods alongside your own and will be delivered according to geographical location. So for example, if you're moving to Spain and we have a house removals customer in another part of the UK such as Birmingham looking to be moved on the same day, we would deliver there first before continuing on to the Spanish mainland to complete your move. 

Both options involve the same professional house removals service so you can be assured that your goods will be in safe hands. The removal services crew sleep in their vehicles when undertaking long distance moves and the cargo doors are locked at all times until they arrive at their destination.

Your move involves:

Provision of full quotation (no HIDDEN extras) in accordance with European standard Kitemark BSEN12522, a voluntary scheme for removal services in the UK.

• Full cover for your goods when they're under our care should the unthinkable happen.
• Pre-move survey conducted by one of our fully trained and experienced removals surveyor.
• Pre-move packing service which means your possessions are packed by the experts using professional boxes and packing materials.
• Detailed house removals plan so you know how your move is progressing.
• Pre-move dismantling of large furniture items if it's required.
• Move day information available from the job foreman so you can keep up-to-date with the move. 
• Uplift, packing and loading of your goods into our purpose-built vehicles by our trained and uniformed staff.
• Vehicle/s then locked until the destination is reached with the crew staying with the vehicle at all times for added security. 
• Your home removal to Europe is now complete after unloading at your destination and job information supplied by the foreman.
• Opportunity to complete our Satisfaction Questionnaire to let us know what you think about our European removals service. 

Once you're safely in your new home we will remove any unwanted boxes and packaging.
