About Us For over 35 years Dundee Removal Services has served the local house moving and business community with friendly and professional moving services and now being part of the DRS Moving Group has grown to be the City’s largest and most prominent independent moving contractor. DRS Moving is run by the Management of Dundee Removal Services and has changed the name to reflect the more diverse service range we can offer since taking over Knightpacking Shipping and Warehousing, Leadingham Removals, Justice of Dundee, Alexander Removals and Flight Removals (trading as Britannia Flight).

Our Management team consists of youth and experience with the Company Chairman, John Brown having started the business as a one van sole trader in 1973 now taking a part time role and leaves the overall management of the business to his son Scot Brown, the current Managing Director.

Scot is an ACCA finalist and has achieved the 3 levels of Removals Management Qualifications offered by the British Association of Removers. Scot is assisted on a day to day basis by another family member, Bill Brown

Bill is Operations Director and manages all aspects from fleet management, to resources allocation, job pricing etc. has over 30 years experience in the removals industry and has over seen numerous major moving projects not least of which the recent Local Authority contract to decant 6 local Primary Schools and 2 local Secondary Schools within a 12 Month period ensuring that all moves were completed in the allotted timescale to ensure no disruption to the ongoing education of the pupils.

We have a team of dedicated staff on both the Operations and Administrative side who are all trained and experienced in the removals industry and are ready to help with any enquiry that may come their way.

We operate from our secure containerised warehouse in Dundee and have a fully equipped reception allowing you to come in ask any questions relating to your move or even buy packing materials should you need them.
